Some days don’t fit into a single journey. A morning of back-to-back meetings across the City. An afternoon between Bond Street and Sloane Square with bags accumulating. A client visiting from abroad who needs a driver on hand from breakfast until their evening flight.
Hourly chauffeur hire solves all of it. Rather than booking each leg separately, you book the car and the chauffeur for a block of time. They stay with you — waiting nearby, luggage and shopping secure in the boot, ready the moment you are.
How it works
Choose your hours. Minimum three hours. Half-day and full-day rates available, and they work out considerably better value than booking each transfer individually.
Tell us the first pickup. After that, direct your chauffeur as the day unfolds. Plans change, meetings overrun, someone suggests dinner. None of that is a problem.
One fixed rate. Agreed before you travel. Waiting time is included — you’re never watching a meter while you finish a conversation.
Who books by the hour
Executives and visiting delegations running multi-stop days across London, where the car doubles as a quiet mobile office between appointments.
Roadshows and investor days, where the itinerary is fixed but tight, and a car waiting outside is the difference between comfortably on time and visibly late.
Shopping and personal days through Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Chelsea — no carrying bags, no hunting for parking, no cabs in the rain.
Family occasions, dining and evenings out, where you’d rather nobody had to think about driving home.
Private tours of London, at your own pace, stopping wherever you like for as long as you like.

Rates and minimum booking
Hourly hire starts at a three-hour minimum. Rates depend on the vehicle and the time of day, and are always confirmed in writing before you travel. Half-day (four hours) and full-day (eight hours) bookings carry a reduced hourly rate.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum booking?
Three hours. Shorter journeys are better served by a standard airport transfer or point-to-point booking.
Can I change my plans during the booking?
Yes — that’s the point of hourly hire. Direct your chauffeur wherever you need. If you run over your booked hours we’ll simply extend at the same hourly rate, subject to availability.
Does the chauffeur wait with the car?
Yes. Your chauffeur remains nearby throughout and will be at the door when you’re ready.
Is waiting time charged extra?
No. All waiting within your booked hours is included.
Can I book the same chauffeur for several days?
Yes, and we’d encourage it for multi-day visits. A chauffeur who already knows your preferences and schedule makes a noticeable difference.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, particularly for specific vehicles or during peak periods. We’ll always try to accommodate short notice — call us.
