Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. Every booking is allocated to a named vehicle class, and you can request a specific car such as the Rolls-Royce Ghost or the Jet Class. Prestige vehicles are in high demand at weekends, so we recommend booking those two to four weeks ahead.
Are the cars self-drive or chauffeur-driven?
Every vehicle in the fleet is chauffeur-driven. We do not offer self-drive hire, which is what allows us to guarantee a professional, licensed driver and full commercial insurance on every journey.
How much luggage can I bring?
The figures on each card are a realistic guide for hard-shell cases. If you are travelling with golf clubs, ski bags, instruments or oversized items, tell us when booking and we will put you in a V-Class, Cullinan or Sprinter instead.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at no extra cost. Let us know the child’s age and weight when booking so we can fit the correct infant carrier, child seat or booster before your chauffeur sets off.
What if my chosen car is unavailable?
With more than fifty vehicles on the road we can almost always supply the car you asked for. If we cannot, we will offer the nearest equivalent or an upgrade at the original price, and always before the day of travel.
Do you cover journeys outside London?
Yes. The full fleet travels nationwide, including Birmingham, Liverpool, Essex, Southampton cruise terminal and every major UK airport.
