How quickly will I get a reply?
Calls and WhatsApp messages are answered immediately, day or night. Email and form enquiries are normally answered within two to three hours, and always the same day.
How far in advance should I book?
Airport transfers and business travel can often be arranged with two hours’ notice. For weddings, proms and large group bookings we recommend at least two to four weeks so you get the exact vehicle you want.
Is the quoted price the final price?
Yes. Every quote is fixed and all-inclusive — it covers meet and greet, one hour of free airport waiting time, parking, tolls and VAT. Nothing is added afterwards.
Do you cover journeys outside London?
We do. Alongside Greater London we run long-distance chauffeur journeys across the UK, including Birmingham, Liverpool, Essex and Southampton cruise terminal transfers.
Can I set up a corporate or account booking?
Certainly. Email info@heyluxchauffeur.com and we will set up a monthly invoiced account with named chauffeurs and priority dispatch for your team.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every inbound flight and adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge, so your chauffeur is waiting whenever you actually land.
