VIP & Celebrity Transport
VIP and celebrity chauffeur transport in London
Discreet vehicles, vetted chauffeurs and movements planned around privacy rather than convenience. What happens in the car does not leave it.
Discretion is not a feature that can be added to a booking. It is either how a company operates or it is not. We do not name our clients, publish their journeys, or post photographs of who got into which car — including on our own social channels, and including when it would be very good for business.
Our VIP work covers public figures, performers, sports professionals, senior executives and private clients who simply prefer not to be observed. The practical difference from a standard booking is planning: where the vehicle waits, which entrance is used, who briefs the chauffeur, and how quickly you can leave.
What changes for a VIP booking
- Vetted, named chauffeurs — assigned individually rather than allocated, working under written confidentiality agreements.
- Unmarked vehicles — no livery, no roof signs, privacy glazing to the rear as standard, plain plates on request.
- Closed-door pick-ups — service entrances, underground car parks and side streets rather than the front of a venue.
- Security liaison — your CPO or management team briefs the chauffeur directly and gives instruction on the day.
- Positioned, not summoned — the vehicle is in place and running before you are ready to leave, not five minutes away.
- Multi-vehicle movements — principal, security and party coordinated together through Heylux Concierge.
Who this is for
Performers, cast and touring artists
Late finishes, venue loading bays, and a crowd at the stage door. We plan the exit before the arrival, and the chauffeur is briefed on where to be at the point the set ends rather than the point somebody calls.
Public figures and senior executives
A chauffeur who does not react to who is in the car, does not take photographs, and does not mention it afterwards. This is trained and contracted, not assumed.
Private clients who value anonymity
Not everyone who wants privacy is famous. Journeys to medical appointments, legal meetings and private residences are handled with exactly the same care and the same silence.
Working with your team
Where a security detail, tour manager or personal assistant is involved, they lead. We supply the chauffeur's name, mobile number, vehicle and registration in advance so it can be checked against your own protocols, and the chauffeur takes routing and timing instruction from your team on the day. If a route needs to be driven in advance, we will drive it in advance.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Every chauffeur works under a written confidentiality agreement and is briefed per booking. Names, destinations and anything overheard in the cabin are not discussed outside the company — including on social media.
Yes, routinely. Your CPO or head of security briefs our chauffeur directly on routes, drop points and contingency, and the chauffeur takes instruction from them on the day.
Our vehicles carry no livery, no roof signs and no operator markings. If you would prefer a vehicle without our private plates, request it when booking.
We plan around them — agreeing the drop point in advance, using the entrance that avoids the front of a venue, and positioning for an immediate departure rather than circling.
Yes. Principal, security and wider party are coordinated as one movement by our concierge team, with a single point of contact throughout.
