Executive & Corporate Travel
Executive and corporate chauffeur travel in London
Board-level journeys, client collections and roadshows, on account. A quiet cabin, a chauffeur who knows the building, and one invoice at the end of the month.
Executive travel is judged on two things: whether it was on time, and whether the person who got out of the car was in a better state than the person who got in. Everything else is detail. Our corporate work is built around those two outcomes, and around removing the administration that usually surrounds them.
We move directors, partners, visiting clients and delegations across London and the United Kingdom. Most of that work sits on a corporate account: authorised bookers request journeys directly, each booking carries your cost-centre reference, and one itemised invoice arrives at the end of the month instead of forty card receipts in an expenses system.
What corporate clients use us for
- Daily director travel — home to office, office to meeting, and back, with the same chauffeur wherever the schedule allows.
- Client collections — visitors met at the airport, hotel or station and delivered to your office, which is often their first impression of your firm.
- Roadshows and investor days — multi-stop, multi-vehicle itineraries coordinated by one named contact who adjusts live when a meeting overruns.
- Airport travel — early departures and late arrivals, flight-monitored, so nobody is stranded at Terminal 5 at midnight. See airport transfers.
- Board and partner events — dinners, offsites and away days, with vehicles waiting rather than being summoned.
- Team movements — six to eight people together in one V-Class or Sprinter instead of four separate cars. See group travel.
Working in the car
The cabin is the point. The S-Class and E-Class are specified for rear-seat quiet, with climate you control from where you are sitting, charging within reach and privacy glass as standard. Wi-Fi is available on request. Your chauffeur will not make conversation unless you start it — that is a trained behaviour, not a personality trait, and it is the single thing corporate clients mention most.
For calls, the partition in the V-Class and Jet Class means a genuinely private conversation between the airport and the City. Several of our account clients treat that hour as their most productive of the day.
The corporate account
Opening an account takes one conversation and a form. There is no minimum spend and no commitment — it exists to remove friction, not to lock you in.
- Monthly consolidated invoicing, itemised by journey, passenger and cost centre
- A list of authorised bookers you control, so an assistant can book without a payment step
- Preferred chauffeurs recorded against named passengers
- Priority allocation at peak times — Monday mornings, Thursday evenings, and every day of a rail strike
- Standing bookings for recurring journeys, set once and left to run
- A direct number that bypasses the general desk
Clients who travel with us most often go a step further and join the Heylux Circle, which adds saved preferences and a dedicated coordinator.
How it works
01
Open the account
One call to agree who can book, how journeys should be referenced, and where the invoice goes. Usually done the same day.
02
Book without friction
Any authorised booker sends the journey by phone or email. Written confirmation with chauffeur and vehicle follows within the hour.
03
Reconcile once a month
A single itemised invoice, split by cost centre, passenger and date. No expense claims, no receipts to chase.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
You are invoiced monthly rather than per journey. Named bookers request travel by phone or email without a payment step, each journey carries a reference or cost-centre code of your choosing, and the monthly statement itemises everything for reconciliation.
Yes. We hold a list of authorised bookers — usually executive assistants and office managers — and take instructions from any of them. You decide who is on it and can change it at any time.
Where the schedule allows, and most account clients ask for it. A chauffeur who already knows a director’s preferences and the buildings they visit is measurably better than a new one each week.
Yes. Roadshows are coordinated by our concierge team: one itinerary, one named contact, vehicles positioned ahead of each meeting, and live adjustment when a meeting overruns.
No. Accounts are opened on the basis of booking regularly rather than a threshold. Two journeys a month is reason enough if it simplifies your invoicing.
Yes, by arrangement. Tell us the billing entity when the account is opened and we will confirm what is possible.

Tell us roughly how your team travels — how often, who books, and where the invoice needs to go. We will set it up and confirm in writing.
Arrive ready, not recovering.
The hour between the airport and the office is either wasted or it is the most useful of your day. That depends almost entirely on the car.
