By booking with Heylux Chauffeurs Limited,you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Definitions

Company: Heylux Chauffeurs Limited 

Client/ Passenger: individual or organisations booking services

Service: Chauffeur-driven transportation

Booking: Confirmed reservation 

  • Bookings

Bookings can be made via e-mail, phone, website or authorised platforms. Confirmation is only valid once you receive a booking confirmation from us. Accurate details(name, contact, pick-up/ drop -off, flight information must be provided.

  • Availability & Pricing 

Bookings shall be made at least three hours in advance. Last-minute bookings may incur extra charges.

Prices are based on the provided information: additional fees may apply for waiting time, extra stops, luggage, tolls, or route changes. 

  • Waiting time

Standard pick-ups: 15 minutes free, then charged in 15-min increments.

Airport pickups : 60 minutes free from flight arrival, then charges apply.

  • Vehicles

Heylux Chauffeurs provides a premium fleet for comfort and safety. If your requested vehicle is unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle will be provided. Vehicle images are indicative.

  • Passenger conduct 

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their journey.

Smoking inside vehicles, consumption of illegal substances, or disruptive behaviour is prohibited strictly. 

  • Luggage

Each passenger is permitted : 

Standard luggage: 1 suitcase with a maximum weight of  23 kg + 1 carry- on.

Special luggage or equipment must be declared in advance to avoid inconvenience. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of service.

  • Special Requests

Child seats, pets, wheel chairs, bicycles,or other special requirements must be requested at booking.

Animals require prior approval.

  • Cancellation & No-shows

Cancel more than 6 hours before pickup: No charge

Cancel within 6hours or don’t show up: Full charge may apply.

no – show off will be considered when a passenger fails to appear within the allowed waiting time and no communication has been made in this regard.

  • Liability 

Heylux ChauffeursLimited is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or other events beyond control.

Seatbelts must be worn.

 Passenger limits must not exceed legal limits.

  • Lost Property

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey.

Heylux Chauffeurs Limited will make reasonable efforts in recovering lost items but shall not be held responsible for them in any case.

  • Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Complaints & Customer Support

Any complaints relating to a booking or journey should be submitted within 28 days of the service date.

Complaints will be investigated in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements,including Transport for London regulations where applicable.
