About Heylux
Heylux Chauffeur is a London-based private chauffeur company serving the capital and the whole of the United Kingdom. We were founded by a team with more than twenty years between them in chauffeuring and hospitality — and that background shapes everything, from how a door is opened to how a delayed flight is handled at two in the morning.
We have never set out to be the largest operator. We set out to be the one clients keep coming back to: the same standard of vehicle, the same discretion from the chauffeur, the same price you were quoted, every single time.

The Circle is for clients who travel with us often enough that repeating themselves has become tedious. We keep your preferences on file — the vehicle you like, the chauffeur you ask for, the temperature you prefer, the water you don't drink — and apply them automatically to every booking.
Members receive priority allocation at peak times, a direct line that bypasses the general desk, and a single monthly invoice instead of a payment per journey.

Yes. We provide wedding chauffeur services with ribboned, presentation-standard vehicles, and event travel for sporting fixtures, concerts, premieres and private functions. For multi-vehicle occasions our concierge team coordinates the whole movement.
Journeys are quoted as a fixed price before you travel, based on route, vehicle and timing. There are no meters and no surge pricing. Waiting time and additional stops are agreed in advance so the invoice matches the quotation.
