AFFILIATE DRIVER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Drivers accepts this terms and condition and agreed with all the listed topics while performing HeyLux bookings.
2. If a booking cancelled less than 60 minutes from the pick-up time, the driver will receive full payment.
3. If a booking cancelled on arrival, the driver will receive full payment.
4. If a booking passenger no-show, the driver will receive full payment.
5. Delay in payment: HeyLux cannot guaranty for an on time driver payment, there are serval reason for the delay in driver payment that will be explained by office.
6. If a driver hand back a booking less than 3hrs of the pick-up time, a £20 penalty will be charged from driver's earning at HeyLux.
7. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and be legally allowed to operate a vehicle in the United Kingdom.
8. Drivers must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
9. Drivers must always maintain their vehicle in a safe and clean condition.
10. Drivers must arrive 5 MINUTES EARLY for all scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
11. Drivers must follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the job.
12. Drivers must provide friendly and professional service to all passengers.
13. Drivers must not use drugs or alcohol while on the job.
14. Drivers must not smoke in the vehicle or allow passengers to smoke.
15. Drivers must not use their cell phone or other electronic devices while driving.
16. Drivers must immediately report any accidents or incidents to HeyLux Chauffeur management.
17. Drivers must comply with all local and state regulations regarding transportation services.
18. Drivers must be available for the schedule provided by HeyLux Chauffeur and inform in advance (3HRS BEFORE) if not available.
19. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes and any other expenses associated with the job.
20. Drivers must not discriminate or refuse service to any passengers on the basis of race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic.
21. Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of HeyLux chauffeur, as such they are responsible for their own insurance and taxes vehicle maintenance.
22. Drivers must adhere to HeyLux chauffeur's dress code and grooming standards while on the job.
23. Drivers must use the HeyLux chauffeur's designated GPS or routing system for all trips.
24. Drivers must keep accurate records of all trips, including passenger names, pickup and drop-off locations, and trip duration.
25. Drivers must provide accurate and timely invoicing for all trips.
26. Drivers must inform HeyLux chauffeur management of any changes to their personal or contact information.
27. Drivers must be able to speak and understand English fluently and be able to communicate with passengers and HeyLux chauffeur management effectively.
28. Drivers must be able to use the HeyLux chauffeur app or other software to accept and manage trips.
29. Drivers must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
30. Drivers must be able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other drivers and HeyLux chauffeur management.
31. Drivers must be willing to follow HeyLux chauffeur's policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
32. Drivers must be willing to accept and follow any additional terms and conditions that may be added by HeyLux chauffeur in the future.
33. Drivers must provide service to all passengers in a safe, courteous, and professional manner at all times.
34. Drivers must cooperate fully with HeyLux chauffeur management in investigating and resolving any complaints or issues.
35. Drivers acknowledge that HeyLux chauffeur has the right to hold payment for any trip that results in a complaint or refund until the issue is resolved.
36. Drivers acknowledge that in case of a refund to the passenger, the driver will not be paid for that trip.
37. Drivers acknowledge that HeyLux chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the contract with the driver if the complaints received exceeds a certain limit or if the driver fails to resolve the complaints.
38. Drivers acknowledge that HeyLux chauffeur reserves the right to deduct the cost of any damage or loss to the client due to service failure by the driver on a booking.
39. Drivers acknowledge that HeyLux Chauffeur will have the final authority in case of any disputes or disagreements related to payments, complaints, or any other matters.
40. Drivers must provide HeyLux chauffeur with copies of all required driver and vehicle documents, including valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance, at all times.
41. Drivers must notify HeyLux chauffeur immediately of any changes to their driver or vehicle documents, including expiration or cancellation of any required documents.
42. Drivers must ensure that all required documents are valid and up-to-date at all times, and failure to do so will lead to deactivation of their account.
43. Drivers must provide HeyLux chauffeur with all necessary documents for compliance with local laws and regulations.
44. Drivers must be willing to provide proof of vehicle maintenance and repairs as required by HeyLux chauffeur.
45. Drivers acknowledge that failure to provide HeyLux chauffeur with the required documents or failure to comply with vehicle maintenance and inspection requirements may result in deactivation of their account or termination of the contract.
46. Drivers are responsible for all parking and traffic violations (PCN etc...) incurred while on the job, including fines, penalties, and legal fees.
47. Drivers must pay all parking and traffic fines promptly himself if any.
48. Drivers must not park or stop vehicles in any location where parking or stopping is prohibited or restricted, unless instructed to do so by HeyLux chauffeur management or by the passenger.
49. Drivers must obey all traffic laws, regulations and signs and follow any instructions provided by HeyLux chauffeur management or by the passenger.
50. Drivers must not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs and must not drive in a reckless or negligent manner.
51. Drivers acknowledge that failure to comply with parking and traffic regulations may result in fines, penalties, and legal fees, and that they will be fully responsible for these costs.
